Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing products from NYMC!

Due to the nature of our products, perishable items (e.g. ANY OF THE CAKES) are not eligible for refunds (both pick-up or delivery orders).

For delivery orders - If our products arrived damaged, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a replacement.

For pickup orders - If orders are not picked up within the scheduled pick-up day without 24 hour notice, the order will be forfeited. Pickup orders are baked to order, meaning we spend time, money, energy, and ingredients to make your order. If orders are not picked up, we are not able to refund orders.
